Restart after installation not working

Hi,

I use install simple to install an application. As it changes the registry I need to restart the OS before all changes are reflected.
However, on the Windows 7 Systems I tested the restart option did not have any effect. Is there something I can do about it?

This problem only on Windows 7/Vista. And will be fixed in a new version, shortly...
